Alaska and Hawaii cost more to reach, so free shipping doesn't cover them. After you order, we'll email you the extra shipping. Pay it, or cancel for a full refund.

American Dog makes and ships each order from Denver within 5 business days. Smaller orders go by USPS, and larger ones by UPS Ground or FedEx. Most arrive 2 to 4 days after they ship, depending on where they're going. We email your tracking link as soon as it ships.

Beds and pads ship compressed and vacuum-sealed, in the smallest box they fit. Once a bed is out of its seal, give it time to expand before the first nap. When more than one thing fits in a box, they ship together.

American Dog orders ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. There's no express shipping on American Dog orders.

No dog toy is indestructible, and American Dog doesn't claim otherwise. If your dog destroys one of its toys in the first 10 days, American Dog replaces it free, once.

Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it up with American Dog. You don't need to send the toy back.

No toy is. American Dog makes its toys for fetch, tug and play with you, not for chewing. Play together, and put the toy away when playtime's over, so it isn't left with a dog who likes to take things apart.
