Writing about an order?

Include your order number (it starts with SB- and it’s in your order confirmation email) and the email address you ordered with. If something arrived damaged, a photo of it helps us sort it out faster.

Need to change or cancel?

Write as soon as you can, ideally within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order ships, we can’t change or cancel it.
