Cookie Policy
Last updated October 21, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Snoring Beagle (“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website at https://snoringbeagle.com (“Website”). In short: we use what the Website needs to work and stay secure, plus Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies, and Google Analytics to see which pages people use. We don’t show ads, and we don’t use cookies to advertise to you.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Website owners use them to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to provide reporting information.
Cookies set by the website owner (in this case, Snoring Beagle) are called “first-party cookies.” Cookies set by anyone else are called “third-party cookies.”
Which cookies and similar technologies do we use?
| What | Who sets it | Why | Kind |
|---|---|---|---|
Security cookies, such as __cf_bm | Cloudflare, our host | Tell real visitors from bots and protect the Website from abuse | Strictly necessary, third-party |
| Checkout cookies | Stripe, on its own secure checkout page | Take your payment and prevent fraud | Strictly necessary, third-party |
| Your Doggie Bag, saved in your browser's local storage (not a cookie) | Snoring Beagle | Keep your Doggie Bag between visits. It stays on your device until you check out | Strictly necessary, first-party |
Visit statistics, _ga and _ga_HVGPBTCC6N (kept up to 2 years) | Google Analytics | See how many people visit, which pages they use, how they found us and which products they look at, add to their Doggie Bag and buy (the products and amounts only). Names, email addresses, shipping addresses and order numbers are never sent | Analytics, third-party |
| Visit counts | Cloudflare Web Analytics | Count page views. It doesn't use cookies or follow you to other websites | Analytics, no cookies |
Strictly necessary cookies can’t be switched off on our side without breaking the Website. Google Analytics isn’t needed for the Website to work: you can block it in your browser, or with Google’s opt-out add-on. Google’s own notice explains how it uses data from sites that use its services.
How can I control cookies on my browser?
Every browser lets you block or delete cookies. If you block the ones above, parts of the Website, like checkout, may not work. Here’s how in the most popular browsers:
To clear your Doggie Bag, empty it on the Website or clear this site’s data in your browser.
What about other tracking technologies, like web beacons?
Apart from Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics (above), we don’t use tracking pixels or web beacons on the Website. Emails from The Nap List, our email list, are sent with Sender, which may count opens and link clicks so we can see what’s useful. You can unsubscribe from them at any time.
Do you serve targeted advertising?
No. We don’t show ads on the Website, and we keep Google Analytics’ advertising features (Google Signals and ads personalization) turned off, so your visits aren’t used to target ads. We never sell your information. If that ever changes, we’ll update this Cookie Policy first and tell you how to opt out.
How often will you update this Cookie Policy?
We’ll update this Cookie Policy if the cookies we use change, or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date at the top shows when it was last updated.
Where can I get further information?
If you have any questions about our use of cookies or other technologies, please email us at info@snoringbeagle.com.
