Each brand we sell sets its own return terms, and we pass them on to you as they are. They’re below, brand by brand.
Starting a return
Contact us first, with your order number (it starts with SB- and it’s in your order confirmation email), what you’d like to send back and why. Please don’t send anything before you hear from us: we’ll check it against the brand’s terms and tell you what happens next.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Most banks show them within 5–10 business days.
