Paw.com ships free on orders of $150 or more in the contiguous US, after discounts and before tax. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii cost more to reach, so free shipping doesn't cover them. After you order, we'll email you the extra shipping. Pay it, or cancel for a full refund.
Paw.com gets every in-stock order out within 1 to 2 business days, and most leave the same day, by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac or Amazon Shipping. Most arrive 2 to 5 days after they ship. We email your tracking link as soon as it ships.
Everything arrives in its own box, vacuum-sealed or wrapped in plastic.

Returns
Paw.com takes returns within 30 days. Something unopened and unused, still sealed in its original box, is refunded less a $25 processing fee. Something opened but undamaged is refunded less a 20% restocking fee and a $25 return shipping fee.
Anything damaged in shipping or defective is refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days, with the replacement's shipping paid. Paw.com may ask for photos first, and refunds go out once the return arrives and is checked.
For an order from us, contact us with your order number and we'll take you through it with Paw.com. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Care
Machine wash cold on the delicate cycle, then tumble dry on low or no heat.
If the faux fur mats, brush and fluff it gently with a slicker brush.
Warranty
Paw.com doesn't publish a warranty for its blankets. One that arrives damaged or defective is refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days (see Returns).
If something's wrong with yours, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it up with Paw.com.
Are the blankets waterproof?
Yes. A waterproof lining inside keeps spills, muddy paws and accidents from soaking through to the sofa, bed or car seat underneath, and the whole blanket goes in the washer.
Which blanket is which?
The PupProtector™ throw is plush, long faux fur. The short fur one has short faux fur on one side and microsuede on the other, made for summer and the patio. The Luxe is the plushest, and PupChill™ is a cooling fabric for dogs who run hot. The bed runners are long and narrow, to go across the foot of the bed.
Is it real fur?
No. It’s a synthetic, ultra-soft faux fur.
