An orthopedic memory foam bed that looks like a faux fur rug, with long, plush faux fur and a curved edge. It’s flat, with no wall in the way, so side sleepers and flyers have room for every leg, and it’s low enough to step straight onto.

Paw.com designed it to sit in the room like a rug. The memory foam base relieves pressure on sore joints, and the faux fur cover zips off for the wash, with a non-slip bottom to keep it in place.

Paw.com ships free on orders of $150 or more in the contiguous US, after discounts and before tax. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout.

Alaska and Hawaii cost more to reach, so free shipping doesn't cover them. After you order, we'll email you the extra shipping. Pay it, or cancel for a full refund.

Returns

Paw.com takes returns within 30 days. Something unopened and unused, still sealed in its original box, is refunded less a $25 processing fee. Something opened but undamaged is refunded less a 20% restocking fee and a $25 return shipping fee.

Anything damaged in shipping or defective is refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days, with the replacement's shipping paid. Paw.com may ask for photos first, and refunds go out once the return arrives and is checked.

Care

Unzip the cover and machine wash it in cold water on the gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low or no heat. A damp cloth lifts most stains without a wash.

The foam doesn't go in the washer. Spot clean it with a damp cloth, warm water and a little dish soap, press the water out without wringing it, and let it air dry. Take the bolsters out of a bolster bed's cover before you wash it.

If the faux fur mats, brush and fluff it gently with a slicker brush.

Warranty

Paw.com guarantees the foam in its beds against flattening for ten years.

If the foam in yours flattens, contact us with your order number and a photo of the foam, and we'll take it up with Paw.com.

Who makes these?

Paw.com, a company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, which designs everything it makes in house. Its founder’s dog, Marlie, tests every bed. It was called Treat A Dog until 2019, so you may see that name on an older product.

Are the PupRug® beds orthopedic?

Paw.com makes them as orthopedic beds: a memory foam base about 2 inches thick, which relieves pressure and supports the joints. That helps older dogs and dogs with arthritis or hip dysplasia, and big dogs from a young age.

Is it real fur?

No. It’s a synthetic, ultra-soft faux fur.

Does the faux fur shed?

A little at first, which is normal for faux fur, and it stops after a few days once the loose fibers are gone. A cold wash on the delicate cycle helps.

Which size should I get?

Measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail: the bed should be at least that long. The size guide on each bed’s page has Paw.com’s weights for each size.

Can I get just the cover?

Yes, for the PupRug® faux fur bed, the PupRug® Luxe and the Runner. Pick the same size and shape as your bed. A cover comes without the foam inside.
