Shipping
Paw.com ships free on orders of $150 or more in the contiguous US, after discounts and before tax. Below that, shipping is shown at checkout.
Alaska and Hawaii cost more to reach, so free shipping doesn't cover them. After you order, we'll email you the extra shipping. Pay it, or cancel for a full refund.
Paw.com gets every in-stock order out within 1 to 2 business days, and most leave the same day, by UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, OnTrac or Amazon Shipping. Most arrive 2 to 5 days after they ship. We email your tracking link as soon as it ships.
Everything arrives in its own box, vacuum-sealed or wrapped in plastic.
Paw.com orders ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. There's no express shipping on Paw.com orders.
Returns
Paw.com takes returns within 30 days. Something unopened and unused, still sealed in its original box, is refunded less a $25 processing fee. Something opened but undamaged is refunded less a 20% restocking fee and a $25 return shipping fee.
Anything damaged in shipping or defective is refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days, with the replacement's shipping paid. Paw.com may ask for photos first, and refunds go out once the return arrives and is checked.
For an order from us, contact us with your order number and we'll take you through it with Paw.com. Please don't send anything back before you hear from us.
Care
Machine wash in cold water on the gentle cycle, then tumble dry on low or no heat. If the faux fur mats, brush and fluff it gently with a slicker brush.
Warranty
Paw.com doesn't publish a warranty for its covers. One that arrives damaged or defective is refunded in full or exchanged within 30 days (see Returns).
If something's wrong with yours, contact us with your order number and a photo, and we'll take it up with Paw.com.
Will a cover fit my bed?
Paw.com’s covers fit its PupRug® beds. Pick the same size and shape as your bed: the faux fur bed’s, the Luxe bed’s or the Runner’s. A cover comes without the foam inside, with a non-slip bottom.
