Fatboy’s beanbag for dogs: a bead-filled cushion that settles round your dog, in olefin that shrugs off water, dirt and mildew, for indoors or out. Flat, roomy and low, so side sleepers and flyers can stretch out, and lions can hop straight on.
It’s from Fatboy, the maker of the Original beanbag, with a bone on its side. The olefin cover is water-repellent and UV-resistant, as at home on the patio as by the sofa, and everyday dirt pats off with a damp cloth.

Who makes these?
Fatboy, the Dutch design brand behind the Original beanbag, from ’s-Hertogenbosch in the Netherlands. Its US company, Fatboy USA, in Coppell, Texas, ships our orders from Dallas.
What’s inside?
Beads, as in a beanbag: they settle round your dog as it lies down. With a lot of use they settle over time, and the bed can be topped up: the Small holds 100 liters of beads, the Large 200.
Can it stay outside?
Yes: its olefin cover is water-repellent and UV-resistant, and resists stains and mildew. It isn’t waterproof, though, so Fatboy suggests bringing it under a roof, onto a dry floor, in heavy rain and out of season.
Which size?
The Small is 31 by 23½ inches, for dogs up to about 40 lb, and the Large 47 by 29½ inches, for 40 to 90 lb. Fatboy gives no dog weights, so ours come from beds we sell of the same size. Between the two, or for a dog who sleeps stretched out, pick the Large.
Can I return it?
Within 7 days of delivery, new, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is yours, and Fatboy takes a $19.95 restocking fee. Contact us first, and we’ll arrange it with Fatboy.
